Return Policy

Mygo2lash has a 14 day policy. Due to hygiene reason we are only able to offer a refund or exchange on faulty items. If 14days has gone by since your day of purchase, unfortunately Mygo2lash can not offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned unused, in the same sellable condition that you received them in. It must also be in the original packaging.

A proof of purchase is required to complete any return or exchange.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved your return will be processed and automatically credited back via original payment method. Please allow 3-4 business working days before payment shows on your account.

If you have not received your payment withing this time please contact your bank as this may take longer depending on how your bank processes their payments.

There will be no refund or exchanges on any sale or special offer items

We will only refund or exchange items that are damaged. If you receive an item that is damaged, we must be notified 14days from date of purchase. This can be done via email.

You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live shipping times may vary. If you are shipping items over £50 you should consider tracking your parcel or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
